How do I reserve a ride?
Call (561) 633-5501 or send the quote form on the contact page. Phone is faster — most bookings take under two minutes, and you get the flat rate on the spot.
How far in advance should I book?
Twenty-four hours is comfortable. We take same-day and short-notice pickups whenever a car is free, so call regardless of how late it is.
Do you monitor flights?
Yes. Give us your flight number and we dispatch against the live arrival time. You are not charged for an airline delay.
What happens if my flight lands early?
The car moves early. We watch the actual arrival, not your original schedule.
Do you offer meet-and-greet inside the terminal?
Yes, at baggage claim with a name sign. There is a small fee covering parking and wait time, quoted before you book.
Can I schedule recurring rides?
Yes. Weekly medical appointments, standing airport runs and regular corporate pickups are all handled as a standing booking with the same chauffeur where possible.
Do you provide child seats?
Yes, on request, at no extra charge. Tell us the child's age and weight when you book so we bring the correct seat.
Do you accept credit cards?
Yes. All major cards. Corporate accounts can be invoiced monthly instead.
Is gratuity included?
We tell you on the phone exactly what is and is not included in your flat rate, gratuity included. Nothing is added afterwards without you knowing.
Do you operate 24/7?
Yes. Dispatch is answered around the clock, including holidays.
Which airports do you serve?
Palm Beach International (PBI), Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood (FLL) and Miami International (MIA).
What vehicles are available?
A luxury sedan (up to 3 passengers), a premium SUV (up to 6) and an executive black car. See the fleet page for capacities and features.
How much luggage can I bring?
The sedan takes three standard suitcases, the SUV takes six. Tell us if you're travelling with golf clubs, skis or oversized bags and we'll send the right car.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancel free of charge up to a stated cutoff before pickup; inside that window a fee applies. The exact terms are on our Terms & Conditions page and are confirmed when you book.
Are your chauffeurs background checked?
Yes. Every chauffeur passes a background check and a driving-record review, holds a valid Florida licence, and is covered under our commercial insurance policy.
Do you serve cruise ports?
Yes — Port of Palm Beach and Port Everglades, with luggage assistance from your door to the pier.
